Jim has been appraising real estate for overy thirty years, starting in Maryland in 1987 and then concentrating on West Virginia in 1992. He's been a resident of both Jefferson and Berkeley Counties in his career and understands the nuances of the market in the Eastern Panhandle. He attended Shepherd College (nka University) with an emphasis in Business Management, Economics, and Accounting, prior to federal oversight of the industry, which brought about licensing and certification.
